when i was a kid, i used to build a lot of bridges, skyscrappers, planes, ships and tanks with my legos, too bad that i didnt had enouth pieces to build more then 1 at time.
In this picture you see one of my pensil bridges, basically made of Lego and some strings.
inspired by the golden gate bridge? awesome work. what did you use for the cords/cables?
wool strings that i found in a box of sewing stuff
but this picture is something like 5 or 6 years old
