um does he need a face surgery like the sith do?
sith ugliness surgery? this is admired by the sith because in the very old times a sith called "darth horrendous the ugly" have said that ugliness is the key to power and then the sith ugliness surgery was created. in the old republic era it was proven that this surgery gave the sith a fortune by selling cosmetic products to repair the costumer face and using this money malak bought a giant teddy bear to rule the entire galaxy(that was,of course, destroyed be revan years latter).

Isn't he possibly Darth Sion?
Darth Sion in his Jedi form? Yes thats right Darth Sion was once a Jedi a Jedi Guardian in fact. He was captured mutilated and tortured during the Exar Kun War by Sith. He eventually rejoined the war on Exar Kuns side. After Exar Kuns defeat he went in search of Dark Side planets. He ultimately ended up crash landing on Malachor V. That is all i know of Darth Sions History. (Yes this is true)
