Fake.
No offence meant, I like Jedi. But this particular image comes in many variations and the original is a red so this person is a Sith.
I've seen: Red, orange and purple so far, now also green.
EDIT: Once again, no offence meant. Just felt it to be my duty to alert you guys before you idolize a Sith :P.
Indeed, I've saw variations of this pic as well. It has only 1 color and shades of gray(I really tried to avoid saying this), you can put in virtually all colors.
Well, lets just say that he redeemed himself and now he is a jedi ;)
