this is a group, (like the tank and aircraft lovers) is dedicated to the IFV (infantry fighting vehicle) like the BMP-2 the M2A2 bradly and so on and so forth, from made up to real life, and anything in between. from treads to wheels to hover, this is for all you people who enjoy those rumbling rolling armored vehicles, that when on the target drop their ramps to emit a large group of infantry. The Marines are going to buy foreign armor vehicles. It worked for the Army with the Stryker. If America wants to stay ahead more foreign weapon purchases are going to be necessary for the foreseeable future.
OK, i didnt get it...
ACV is the program to replace AAV vehicles...
But dont Marines have LAV-25?
Lav-25 isn't amphibious nor can it traverse between islands on it's own. It also can't carry a twelve man squad.
Ok, you're right about LAV-25 cant carry 12 people, but it IS amphibious...
