While it IS funny, I can't help but to feel bad for this guy.
As years pass, you continue to be the same person, it's just the body getting older. Liked sports all your life but have 70 years on ya? You still would love to be able to run around, you just physically can't. And there's no medical procedure that can do jackshit about it.
Assuming you don't get neurological problems in first place, of course.

Well, you CAN be unusually fit for the elderly average, "just" gotta keep yourself healthy and exercise regularly all your life prior to getting old.

Aging sucks. It is known. The only reason people don't have (major) problems with it is because:
*It means that you lived your life.
*It happens very gradually.
*It is a given about life. If something else doesn't kill you before, time will.
