I don't have much problems with Cloakers anymore.
Good guns + good skills + good aim = Headshots galore.
Shields were a pain in the ***, until I discovered armor-piercing ammo for shotguns.
I should play above Overkill difficulty, but people suck so much in public games...
True indeed, it's like 1/1000 chances you'd get paired with a good team.
still it is awesome when you do
