It was, it started rollout as of last december
A pity ? A pity it was passed some of my American friends are already suffering because of it.
PITY? It may have sounded like a good idea but it has been handled with as much competence as....... I can't think of anything to compare it too! I'd say the Titanic but at least that had a few good days before sinking.
