This tends to happen when you wake up during a sleep cycle. Try to time your sleep better so you wake up after some x integer multiple of 90 mins intervals where x is greater than 4 and you should feel much more rested. Also since waking up exactly on an integer interval is basically impossible it's best to wake up as a sleep cycle's beginning rather than ending.
