The Ring of Power has once again been lost, the Witch King is missing. The elves and other free folk continue to prepare themselves for the still expected assualt from Angmar.
Middle-earth stands upon the Brink of Destruction, Sauron continues to gather power from across the darkening lands. As Sauron continues to grow stronger once again, meetings begin being held at certain points across the world. Until finally the all important White Council is called by Celeborne in Lothlorien. There the next course of Action is to be decided that could tip the balance of power, and perhaps find the the Ring of Power once again, before it lands in the hands of Sauron.
