Description
Zander Xi Vancil is the Chief of State of the Galactic Alliance. Elected on a platform of deterrence, Zander is a man of action and quick to involve the military in small-scale regional conflicts under the idea that a decisive show of force will dissuade other potential nations from becoming involved in large-scale, protracted wars. He is not without his political opponents, Vancil’s power base is backed by a coalition of loosely-aligned parties.
