Most amusing thing in the game. I actually first played tanks because of it.
That thing wrecks planes like no tomorrow =) The other soviet AA kinda sucks. I am hugely disappointed in ZSU-57-2. That thing should fire only one canon at a time not both of them at once. This way it would be much more effective in it's AA role. The key to a good AA is FIRE RATE. It's unreal how good Kugelblitz is while Wirbelwind ist kind of 'meh'.
Sad thing about that 1957 aa is that it can actually rek the german 1944 tanks.. Whodve thought lel
But i do agree on your volley of fire statement... I wonder how good it is in wt. Aiming at faraway craft is clunky at best.
Your statement about volume fire is correct aswell.. I dont get why they put it in game at all. The gap is super big and it wasnt really effective irl at all, it just looks cool thats it..

Truth is tho tbat there was not much of a stopgap between the zsu and ww2 but i do know the russians used some other 57 mm as aa that proba ly had tracked verzions.. Id even rsther had gaijin put that t34 with quad 37mm proto in as a late tier aa prem..
