I main UK and they certainly are not crap...but I guess if your used to Russians.....
Britain from tier 3 to Sea Jesus dominate the skies actually so certainly not crap, Russian planes from LA-5FN to LA-9 (Tho LA-9 shows promise) are crap....that is why I fly IL-2Ms and IL-10s tho I do like the LA-5F..As for YAK-9Ts love it in tank busting, does it real good ! and in case someone attacks I use UFO capabilities and defend my self top lol...(I hate flying YAKs with passion !)tho tank busting is useful for Grinding.
Forgot to say Germans tier IV + Skills = Sky domination. from my experience in RB yes.
And BTW Japan are not crap...I fly them and I see whiners saying either saying Japan is "under tiered" or Japanese planes are " utter crap" well meh...
Britain is epic early on with the hurricanes and early spits but then kinda lacks momentum for a while xD till u get the good typhoons again and ultimatly dat T3mp3st
Russians idk shvaks are hit n miss for me im not too fond of the cannons or flying the ufos, but i do like the il and lavotchkin series.
japs are just fun lel n gud
imo germany is best at tier 3 for ab and rb
followed closely by t4 for rb, a good german t4 team can rek anything lel

LA-5 is by far not a bad plane, and you forgot the I-185...
I saw that nick in the game TBH lol and used it because it does sounds fun :P, I call Gaijin acts Gaijin logic XD BTW wonder if it was me who started it :P
Don't like I-185s...Only had to research them for the MiG-15s and MiG-9s<<(IT'S TAKING FOR EVAH To unlock ;_;)
BTW Most of the shine of Soviet planes ends in RB Except for certain YAKs...
