A joke is known throughout the community that if characters that continue to miss even though they have a high-percentage rate of attacking should be taken to SpecSavers, a British company focused on and known for selling Glasses, so that they have better chances of hitting but also dodging enemy attacks as well.

This joke has been applied to Pokémon as well.
