The Longthunder is a ambitious design that was developed under orders of Ajax-Thraell to combat the dire situation the Fel Empire has found itself in. The Longthunder was developed in utter secret and Ajax himself oversaw the production of the new ship.
The Longthunder is a good 2400 meters long and serves the role of Missile Cruiser. Its armor is very thick and can take alot of firepower before being destroyed. The majority of its weapons are turbolaser and mass driver batteries, though there are also a number of rapid fire missile launchers and ion cannons.
It also carries a number of starcraft, ranging from fighters to bombers, to assault craft and boarding craft.
The Longthunder was built for a purpose, but that purpose has yet to be revealed...
