Commander Ledger was raised alongside the Stormtroopers which were meant to be used as the new Front Line trooper of the Fel Empire by Lord Cronus after his succession from the NGE. Ledger served with distinction as a man who could bring down the mountain per say, hence why he was put in charge of the 12th.
He believes that the Current Commanders of the Fel Empire are successfully keeping the Empire together. He believes that through unity we will prevail.
