More Fixes and changes to the way downloads work

Added check to see if local mcf is different to server mcf
Added extra debugging info to work out why desura is crashing on deleting task
Added validate step to download process
Changed the way mcf downloads are handled for future upgrades
Fixed bug in updates with zero size files
Fixed cdkey form not showing when it should
Fixed error in game explorer causing login to fail
Fixed errors happening before state switch being ignored
Fixed mcf not including empty folders
Fixed multi exe launching from right click menu
Fixed thread issue in progress reporter
Fixed tool errors not allowing tools to be installed again
Moved error checking off the download thread for mcf downloads to increase download speed.
Removed limitation on small mcf download being only on one thread
Updated properties for multi exe support
Updated some forms to use item icon
Updated wildcards to only resolve when needed
