More fixes

Added helper button to verify files if item failed to launch
Added play page pop ups for new games
Added spinner bar on link loading page
Added spinning bars to all processes with out initial progress 
Added the ability to minimize some forms
Enabled level 3 crash dumps in order to get more information about why desura is crashing
Fixed bug where if you changed image, new image had same transparency as old image
Fixed bug where uninstalled items wont get re added via force update if re added to account
Fixed bug where you couldnt cancel download when it was paused
Fixed issue where desura links were not getting processed when application wasnt open
Fixed string conversion bug
Fixed uninstall form not coming to front
Fixed when forms minimize they show incorrectly
Updated internal links to display a preparing page
Updated js api force update poll to not switch to play page
Updated so that deleted items will be re added during update poll
