More fixes

Added logging to update process
Added support for proxy servers in windows
Fixed 4gb server bug causing downloads to fail
Fixed border images
Fixed bug where wouldnt show updated cip path
Fixed issue where desura would pick up on steam/retail installs and try and manage them
Fixed issue with getLocalString not formatting parameters correctly
Fixed user count icons to work
Updated better handling of errors in mcf download
