Bug fixes :)

Fixed bug where ids wouldnt be assign to new mcf if it had no prior release
Fixed crash in browser events
Fixed crash in gcDDE
Fixed crash in service when killing an install early
Fixed crash in updating item list from two threads
Fixed dump gen not working
Fixed installer not saving version number
Fixed spelling error
Removed developer check when creating and uploading mcf's
Updated icon removed 8bit images
