Tem is a badass, that's all you need to know
So by the sound of that Sev, Scorch, and Fixer weren't using Temuera's voice, I could be completely wrong but their voice sound different enough that I think they didn't have the same voice actor which obviously would/has caused some problems...
Well, they wanted to emphasis that each squad member had their own personality and they used the different voices to drive that concept home.
also the guy who voices sev also voiced the announcer in BFII
