Hes flippin' the bird to all those mother ******* Gungans.
That is the one and ONLY OOM-9. Many people mistake him for the OOM series and the OOM series command droid which led them to call all droids with a bit of yellow on them OOM-9.
CGI made an OOM-18, a droid defected to the rep, what next.
I miss OOM-9 and OOM-14, though the latter was an idiot...
