The B3 ultra battle droid was a powerful prototype battle droid designed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems and deployed approximately five months after the Battle of Geonosis.
But Palpatine was afraid these would lead the CIS to victory and allowed the republic to find and destroy the production factory v.v
I think you're referring to the cortosis battle droids.

no my refference of Palpatine letting republic units getting hold of them, he's right, mixed em up there.
No, he meant Palpie was worried with the cortosis one, not the big one.
