Found these on the Wiki. Zealot Guy is the only one I can credit for them.
Please listen and stop sniping when you are attacking.
Select? Seriously? Lol. You have to stop everything else you are doing to press select.
Actually, it works pretty naturally. You can move your thumb from the stick to select and back to the stick in less time than it takes for someone to pop into sights.
