Apart from that I thought I needed glasses when I first saw this pic (blurry pic is blurry), it's a pretty decent banner! Keep it up =)
I hate it, few it in original and it will hurt your eyes. I suggest getting rid of the blurry effect making it shake.
apart from that its a nice one.
Dude... he said the screwed up resolution was an accident. He'll fix it. :P
