I really hate the over powered Eagle vision, Ubisoft REALLY disappointed me with ACR and AC3, although ACR had a good story the setting was pretty poor and it felt too restrictive compared to AC2. As for AC3 it had a ton of problems that I would rather not have to mention.
So how can Ubisoft get me excited about AC4. Well the open world and ACR writer becoming the lead writer for AC4 are a good start but they should also do what Bethesda has been doing for a very long time. Actively support mods. Creationkit is pretty awesome for modders and has kept Skyrim's price at about 50-60bucks for a year or so. Imagine an Anvilkit. That would be awesome! Ubisoft should trust their audience to use mod tools well.
