Mr. Simons was interesting to draw. He has tons of little details in his design (well, as much as they could put into the old Unreal game engine that is :P), like all those bioelectrical wires that flow in and out of his face, but also tons of scar tissue probably from the surgery to get those augmentations in place to begin with. All the more leading to a perfectly yet subtly evil-creepy design for one of my favorite video game villians. :D
