23 and 57 is for the ammunation or mm it uses so this uses 57mm rather than 23mm and 2 stands for the number of cannons it has like zsu-23-4=4 cannons

Me? I wanna ZSU-76-4! Doesn't exist, but I think the 57mm's turret can easily be refitted with what I wanted.
