Screenshot of Greenwich, a scenario that Maddin / Martin is currently working on. Note the custom streetlight sprites and the marvellous new skybox he created last week!
Just one word:
Wow
indeed wow...
but there's one thing that breaks the atmosphere here imho. at the end of the road, on the horizon theres a sudden stop... i don't know how far the player will be allowed to go near that "end of the world", but i would try to conceal/mask that area with some plane brushes in the back, some propmodels, an edited skymap or all techniques combined together.
anyway! you write in the description it's a wip-shot, so there will be changes i guess. :)

We're (or Martin is) currently waiting for some additional props to create the missing buildings for the Greenwich scenario, especially the Leslie Green style Underground buildings. Then we can measure the walking distances and see how much bigger or smaller the reachable part of the level needs to be. Afterwards, the 3d skybox will be added along with the other things needed to make the horizon blend nicely.

It's a pretty nice place, and now I can visit it anytime ingame :D Neat.
Real great. The overall look is just awesome!
...but if you take a closer look I think there are many details you can add. There are nearly (I can't see even one) decals/overlays and there are no smaller props for garbage, bushes etc. And well, yeah. Like Keep_it_up said, the 3dsky is missing.
Don't get me wrong, it's looking great, but I think you can make it even better ;)

I'm Martin and I'm working on Greenwich ;)
In Greenwich are many small garbage models and bushes, but the problem is to optimize the game (map) ;) I can't set all models to visible, because your computer will maby slow down :)
But I can reassure you, Greenwich is still WIP and we will set the visibility for every model perfectly:P
What a great atmosphere did you build here on this screen, very well made. It will be a great plasure to walk around in your Zeitgeist!!

I live near Greenwhich park and whilst I haven't seen any pictures of the building and park from the period the game is set in, it's instantly recognisable to me and a great recreation. Nice work.
