The game's events take place in water-separated islands in the Caribbean basin, in contrast to the single land mass called Realia in Boiling Point. The hero arrives on the islands to investigate a series of mysterious events connected with poisonous cocaine. He finds himself in the middle of a socially unstable and politically volatile environment, with 7 different factions including Civilians, Government, Mafia, Guerrillas, Bandits, Natives and CIA operatives. The protagonist is called Saul Meyers like the hero in Boiling Point, but he looks younger.

Fix for Gamersgate & Beamdog & Steam Versions Audio Problems : For installation, unpack to game main folder. Optionally, backup old gf_sounds.grp and main.fat. This will give you Russian voice files ; which fixes missing audio (gunshots, etc.) & issues with audio (sound that disappears, etc.). Cutscenes remains in english, there are subtitles for dialogues. Also, it adds a lot of voices acting.

Thank you for that fix, it was recently released on Steam (and surprisingly quickly went to bundle for $3) and now I can enjoy this nice gem.

Is there any parts of the patch that might be useful with my english voices.
I'm sorry, but you have to choose. Choose the Sound-fix or choose to keep ALL voices in English. But the Sound-fix is highly recommended.
Don't forget to install unnoficial patch from Wesp5 AFTER the sound-fix : Moddb.com
The community patch will replace all of the voice acting in the cutscenes with English voice acting. Also, it adds a lot of voices acting.
There are subtitles for dialogues.
