GMOD 10 is supported and played by over one million people therefore we chose GMOD 9's codebase because GMOD 9 is no longer played and not supported anymore. Just because the product is no longer supported, it doesn't mean the code isn't still Garrys.
He didn't say it was illegal, he said it was stealing, which it is.
Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, that doesn't mean you could call it "Vass' OS" and put it up for download.
