TAK: The New Era v 5.7 has been released! news - Total Annihilation: Kingdoms

DOWNLOAD -----> New Era v5.7 or Takuniverse.webs.com

TO PLAY:

1. PLACE all folders in your Kingdoms' folder. Click Okay to replace. (Contains backups within folders)

2. COPY your NewEra.hpi file from the mods folder, and PASTE it in your Kingdoms' folder.

3. Rename your KINGDOMS.KEY file to KINGDOMS.BACKUP.KEY in your Kingdoms' folder.

4. (Optional) To play with the original factions' music, go to Kingdoms/Defaults, rename sidedata.backup.hpi to sidedata.hpi and vice versa.

To play the original game, remove the NewEra.hpi file from your Kingdoms' folder. A backup of the file is already stored in the mods' folder.

What to expect in v5.7:

1. Units' spells fixed in all five factions. No more bugs!

2. All factions have shipyards, four structure and four unit builders.

3. Improved AIs in all factions, focused on gathering resources and building larger armies.

4. Monarchs have veteran transformations.

5. Mana stones can now be built on water, where sacred stones are provided.

6. A pack with 51 maps using the terrains of both Campaigns.

7. New music themes

8. Faster gameplay - increments in animation and speed.

9. All ground and larger flying units have corpses/debrises, frozen and stone models.

10. Tier restructure in all factions to maximize the players' experience.
