The EngageNET tool has been developed for pre-release of Alpha, this is so testers can easily download the game without hassle *hopefully*. Also a few new features have been added to the Alpha release but you will have to wait and see how they turn out.
Finally a website is currently in the works with all of the necessary features including billing, forums. Alpha is on track and is still scheduled for release within the next month, if anything goes wrong ill post it here.
