The Great Whale Road is where story-driven RPG and turn-based tactics meet interactive historical fiction. Set in the Early Middle Ages, the game revives an ancient world through its digitally hand-drawn art, colourful characters, atmospheric soundtrack, and deeply researched lore.

Description
We obviously focus on environments lately. This is the environment art prototype for the enhanced side-scrolling view in-game. We have added different light, weather, some parallax, and made changes to how the 2D animation of the sea works in Unity. Here you can see some of the landscape elements at different depths.
