You are the prince/princess of a great kingdom. The day before you turn 18, the rightful age to rule, and replace your father as king/queen, a band of mercenaries attack and ravage the city. You awaken to a dark figure standing above you. He is holding a sword so bright that you only see the light around it as it plunges into the depths of your chest. You feel the pain and the blood and hear screams and clashes of blades from outside the room. You pass out and awaken some number of days later and must fight to prove who you are, as, somehow, your appearance has completely changed and all you remember is the flash of light and the silhouette of the man who murdered you. You must build relationships and forge your destiny as rightful heir to the throne and take back your kingdom.
