ABOUT FINN SECURE
------------------
This mod simply replaces the original "cuff" animation with a more realistic one (placing the cuffed subject flat on the ground). Why is this done? First, it makes it harder for the subject to get up quickly and get away; secondly, by lying flat on the ground, there is less chance of the subject being struck by a stray (or intentional) round.

REQUIREMENTS
-------------
*SWAT 3 TGOTY Edition (v2.0 or above)

INSTALL
--------
*Copy the FinnSecure.zip file to your Mods folder
*Run the MOD program that comes with SWAT 3 and activate FinnSecure
*Save and exit (or) launch SWAT 3 and away you go

UNINSTALL
----------
*Deactive FinnSecure from within the MOD program
*Delete FinnSecure.zip from your Mod folder (not neccessary)

WARNING

This mod has NOT been tested with other mods. If you choose to run it WITH other mods, YOU and you alone take sole responsibility for any ill effects! The mod will NOT work if you run it in conjunction with another mod that has made changes to the individual character data files (eg: tac_data.dat).
