Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a darkly humorous over-the-top operation sim game where players become Nigel Burke, a would be surgeon taking life into his own shaky hands, performing life-saving surgical manoeuvres on passive patients. This game is so very funny and i use it for brutal murdering!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!
But, it was not that realistic, since you will just get the lungs, then get the heart.. then replace that heart with the heart transplant..
The problem is.. obviously, it is difficult seriously to play for beginners, since.. MURDER TIME!! FUN TIME!!
