The goal for these tweaks was to maintain the game's current design intents while improving certain anomolous areas.
Installation
1. Download and open the file.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starship Troopers - Terran Command\Starship Troopers_Data\StreamingAssets\Data
4. Drag the contents of the zip file into the Data folder, replacing base game files.
5. Load up the game.

MX-90 Grenade minimum throw range reduced from 6m to 5m
Boom Bundle damage increased from 300 to 400, pierce increased from 110 to 120, max throw range increased from 6m to 8m
Combat Engineers:
Flamethrower pierce increased from 20 to 30
Disabled friendly fire blocking
Snipers:
Morita Sniper pierce increased from 0 to 25
Crippling Shot damage increased from 150 to 200, range increased from 65m to 77m
All skill cooldowns reduced from 30s to 20s
Radio Operator:
Dropship Fire Support range increased from 6m to 40m
Rocket Troopers:
Firestorm Warhead & Canister Warhead range increased from 45m to 51m
Mk II Troopers:
Now receive a scaling accuracy bonus with veterancy
Ripper Grenades range increased from 12m to 15m
Fleet Liaison:
Morita Pistol range increased from 12m to 15m, enabled shoot-through
TAC Strike pierce increased from 60 to 85
Orbital Strike pierce increased from 40 to 60
Marines:
Supply cost reduced from 5 to 3
Speed increased from 5 to 5.5
Disabled shoot-through, disabled fire blocking
Reduced shock from 40 to 4
HMG Turret:
Anti-air damage increased from 5 to 7
Grenade Turret:
Reload reduced from 10s to 5.7s
Min range reduced from 15m to 10m
Rocket Turret:
Pierce increased from 100 to 110
Reload decreased from 6s to 3s
Wavebreaker Turret:
Hitpoints increased from 1000 to 1200, armor increased from 40 to 60
Arachnids:
Tanker:
Hitpoints increased from 600 to 700
Range increased from 20m to 25m
Scorpion:
Armor reduced from 90 to 70
Pierce reduced from 80 to 50
Practical effects:
Rifle Troopers' MX-90 Grenades are now easier to use (this also applies to Powered Armor Trooper grenades). Boom Bundle has been made slightly easier to use and made more powerful to offset it's short range.
Combat Engineers' flamethrowers now deal full damage to Warriors and below, and deal more damage to Tiger Bugs. Disabled friendly fire blocking so they can be used more aggressively and give their flamethrowers a chance to do some work.
Snipers now deal more damage against light and medium armored targets. Notably, Snipers now kill Drones in 1 shot, Warriors in 2 shots, Grenadier Bugs in 4 shots, and Tiger Bugs in 7 shots (previously Snipers dealt minimum damage to Tiger Bugs). Cooldowns have been improved. Crippling Shot damage improved, and range boosted to match vet 3 range.
Radio Operators' Dropship Fire Support has longer deploy range and larger area of effect for ease of use.
Rocket Trooper's vet 3 abilities' range boosted to match vet 3 range.
Mk II Troopers now gain better accuracy as they rank up, similar to Rifle Troopers, to offset their fairly poor vet 3 abilities.
Fleet Liaison's range increased slightly and shoot-through enabled to discourage suicidal thoughts when mass-ordering troops. TAC Strikes now damage high-armor enemies, and Orbital Strikes now deal more damage to medium-armor enemies.
Marines supply cost reduced, speed increased, and disabled shoot-through, but also disabled friendly fire blocking - done to promote aggressive use of the unit due to their ease of replacement in the field. Note that the original description is incorrect - it states that they didn't block friendly fire and can shoot through friendly units; in reality they only had shoot-through enabled and still blocked friendly fire (this mod flips that). Also note that the low suppression value indicated in the unit card was incorrect and was actually about 10x higher than it should have been, this has been corrected down to a more reasonable level. For reference, their suppression value is now slightly worse than Rifle Troopers.
HMG Turret has improved effectiveness vs Hoppers. Just made Grenade & Rocket Launcher Turrets better.
Wavebreaker Turret made tougher to stand up better to massed Scorpion plasma.
Tankers' toughness and spit range increased so they present more of a challenge due to their rarity.
Scorpions have had a calculated reduction to their armor so they are more vulnerable to mid-tier armor piercing weapons. Of note, Mk II Troopers, E-Pulse Troopers, Fleet Liaison TAC Strikes & Orbital Strikes, and Powered Armor Troopers with Morita Mk III "SAW"s are much more effective against Scorpions. Their damage against high armor player units has been reduced - bursts to kill Wavebreaker Turrets has been increased from 4 to 8 and bursts to kill Marauders increased from 4 to 6. They remain high-priority targets, but are less difficult to dispatch now.
Just apply this. In the Mission with Marauders, i cannot enter the hive with any units
Ps: When i put the original file, i able to finish the mission. Something wrong with the script maybe?

how do i apply this without losing other moded script "unit.csv"?
As it stands there's no other way to do that, modding isn't fully supported in that way. If you want though, you can go through the other modded units.csv and make some the changes listed here yourself.
Hey do you know how to change the bug hives spawning of warrior bugs? For me they always pop out 4 at time, trying to figure out how to increase the number.
Haven't looked into that, don't know.
Wish there would be some kind of Co-op... Most of the missions (if not All of them) are just Meant to be cooperative (especcialy - on Chalenging and Brutal Difficulty... Exept for the first two: Pacification and Hole Patrol - those are meant for singleplayer (Even on Challengind and Brutal difficulty - I've had NO problems passing em on "Brutal": I've just followed the tips and kept the lines of fire clear for all squads))
Also Wold like to see Advanced trooper tipes earlier... Such as: Power-suit troopers... By the way - In "Units" file Power-suit Troopers are meant to have jumppacks... what's up whith that?! + By their Model: Power-suit troopers DO have an Under-barrel grenade launchers... So - they shold fire those grenades just like Morita Mk.II troopers.
