Hey sir, do i need to restart the whole game to apply this mod? Finished half the campaign already.
Also, how do i apply the no fire blocking mod? because the file name is the same. Sorry for my bad english.

You don't have to restart the campaign for it to apply, just restart the game itself so that the new file loads
The no fire blocking probably uses the same file(s) so you have to edit in those difference yourself with a text editor, like google spreadsheets or equivalent
