When the UI beta is done installing and I select "launch the program" nothing happens.
When I launch UDK.exe it says "the program can't start because X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing from your computer".
I have re-downloaded and reinstalled it many times and still the same.

You must install the newest Direct X from microsoft

after that it should work :)
