An idea,how about you make the same thing but dont make trail particles,instead make some particles that are the same colors but going around the beyblade like glow and add another particles like trail ones but really short spread,like lenght of half of beyblade...
When you activate the special try adding just white to those glow effect particles or similar...

Btw does galeon has a storm-tornado attack?You could add some lightings and make it a bit more white like clouds or grey...
Maybe by increasing the size you will make strom-tornado attack look more anime :D

galeon don't has the storm tornado but it is a test , this tornado is a SuperBoost but the huge one is a SuperAttack , i will make the effect as you said and upload a video for it :)
