Thanks for your interest in Skyfire! By joining IndieDB/ModDB, I hope to bring my work out into the wild and share a bit of my life that I enjoyed as a youngin'.
Lucas Art's Tie Fighter was a huge influence on the design of this game. I absolutely loved the gameplay and the immersion it gave me. Piloting around on missions, inspecting cargo, taking part in subterfuge, and being betrayed, really spoke to me and inspired me to create something so masterful. I hope to capture that antique feeling, and share it with you all through Skyfire. It has really come a long way since I first started.
The first release will be a free demo, with one campaign, which will include 3 missions. I want to give you guys a chance to play the game and provide any feedback that you may have, so I can improve Skyfire more! Meanwhile, I will be working my way through the storyline for both sides of the conflict, building out the two campaigns.
