It is the prequel to events happened in Silent Hill (1999 game). You play as Travis, a truck driver who is stuck in the town and realizes that everything isn't normal here... I like the murky atmosphere of this game and the nostalgia sets the game style too along with the music that is creepy. You find varied firearms while exploring the town. Besides, You can fight with fists or use melee weapons. Unlike previous games in the series, melee weapons break after a time. We have classic enemies like Nurses and Straight Jackets. The other enemies are new, they are based in Travis nostalgia and what he experienced on the roads as truck driver. The negative things of this game are the plot (it is kinda poor, it doesn't have originality) and it is mild about scares.
