Having evolved little compared to first "Shift" it still has attractive features like "drag" and ability to choose precisely the races you like more, plus nice modern soundtrack and graphics. I haven't played a lot of race track-oriented games, but even being mediocre this one kept me entertained longer than other ones and modders keep making nice car mods for it too.
