Sprinting animation cycle for our Tyrannosaurus.
I'm sorry but this is terrible, the t-rex was had the best design on there before it got changed to THIS atrocity. I came here trying to see some cool updates but all i see is a dinosaur redone for the worst. It's way too glossy, looks like a mammal. I mean this is supposed to remind me of a bird, which it fails horribly to do, it looks more like a cutsey cartoony feathered t-rex. The old one looked like an actual animal and was the probably the best t-rex i had ever seen, this one just looks like someone tried to put feathers on a t-rex and basing it on a lion cub.
The feathers do look glossy, I'll give you that. However compared to the older version this one is much more bird-like. This one reminds me more of a giant chicken, compared to the old one that looked like the T-Rex had a feather cape.
Looks pretty accurate to me.
I don't know how the previous version looked like (I take it back, someone please bring back the old Rex, it's way better done than this thing) but this... is utterly disappointing. The head is just a joke to be honest.
looks great
I wonder how much the game will be
On kickstarter it's about 15 dollars for the base game, so full release I might imagine will cost around 20-30 dollars.
The face of the Tyrannosaurus is...weird. The creature overall seems pretty accurate while even the feathering isn't too bad, but the face is way too dopey and, please excuse me for saying so, slightly phallic. I'm excited for the game's release, but I just hope T-Rex doesn't look quite so odd in the final version. Also, is the head a little too big or is it just me?
