That's awesome!
Not to be nit picky or anything, but assuming that you mean to fire the grenade from the top barrel and the bullets from the bottom one, you'd probably want to move the shell ejector down lower by the BULLET barrel, and make the trigger be placed lower so that the not shown firing mechanisms would realistically fit. That said awesome gun idea!! It does hurt my brain slightly look at it though.

Actually, I'm pretty sure there's TWO ejector ports. There's a large one on top and a smaller one right above the magazine well.
despite the proportions beiung a bit outta wack its still great lookin, but i gotta agree with striker

yeah. This is an otherwise awesome looking weapon. (seriously, great work), but I don't see how it would work in real life.
