Polygures is based on the works of Russian mathematician Alexander Iglitsky, who in 1996 invented his "universal theory of tetris". Outrageous as this claim may be, some tetris modifications proposed by him were not implemented till now - when I, Ilya Chentsov, contacted him and proposed it.
