Since the dawn of man, our planet has been watched. The reasons for this interest differ from race to race: some merely wish to observe until humanity has evolved to a point where they can introduce themselves without sparking mass panic, while the motives of others are considerably less benign. Not all humans are oblivious to the watchers above and among us. Daniel Carrington, head of the elite Carrington Institute, suspects that rapid technological developments at dataDyne HQ are the result of the corporation taking a dark path to first contact - a path which apparently branches through major government agencies. As Carrington Institute's most promising new Agent, Joanna Dark must uncover the truth behind the dataDyne Corporation's recent breakthroughs - breakthroughs which could have serious consequences for mankind.

Let's just say, If you haven't played it; you've missed out on one of the great FPS games of the 90s\2000s.

Just epic.

Easily one of the best FPS games of a generation. As the "spiritual successor" to GoldenEye, Rare did a fantastic job building upon the original engine. Practically every aspect was enhanced, and many features improved upon. Though it may technically be a "better" game than GoldenEye, it didn't capture that same magic that secret agent 007 cast over the world. Maybe it was the story, or perhaps it was the missions and evironments. But whatever it was, it's the only thing keeping me from giving this a 10 out of 10.
