Outpost Beta 1.3 is available for download!

- Fixed a major performance issue, all users and computers should see improved responsiveness and effects.
- Added skill system! Your Staff acquire stars for performing tasks, 0 = no skill, 3 = max skill. Highly Skilled staff move faster, do more damage and improve the efficiency of the room they are working in.
- General bug fixes
- added some UI elements to illustrate when a weather effect is active
