Nosferatu is a teambased multiplayer first person shooter. It involves roundbased (each player has 1 life round just like in the famous game counterstrike) only this game pits vampires vs slayers.

Just in time for Halloween another news update!
Now fasten your seatbelts and get ready for this: no model renders this week. Yes I can imagine how shocked you are right now but fear not ! New ingame screenshots are shown instead.
Stormshadow is nearing the completion of his Old Town map, and we think its finally time to show some pics.

Apart from that you will also notice that we got the p22 ingame. Good news, you will see more ingame shots with weapons during the next updates since I finally finished our uber animation system (I might talk more about in my .plan later on).
Also our weapons are pretty flexible as you can see on the screenshots, which allows the player to not only choose from different skins but also use different attachments (silencer, target-extension etc.).
Enough with the talking and on to the pics:

In other news davidhalo joined the team as animator (primary players), and LOOM as freelance player skinner. Now happy Halloween everyone !

Nosferatu?
I have another game called Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachi.
Nosferatu-game.com
Are you sure you can release that game with that name?

Screenshots look good, but the weapons look a little too.. typical?

Yep its only singleplayer and afaik it only got a limited release so I dont really care about it. We decided on the name before this game came out so we won't change it.
There were other Nosferatu games before (snes, amiga and so on) and Nosferatu is not a trademark. Apart from that ours is officaly called Nosferatu : Carpe Noctem :)

Oh btw. there also was a vampire clan called nosferatu in vampires: bloodlines.

Regarding the weapons: The slayers won't be a special SWAT like group with uber anti vampire weapons but more regular people who formed a team to survive. However check the media->weapon section on the website to see other weapons cause we do infact have some "special" ones (Lemat Revolver, Stakejacker, Crossbow etc.).
