Kingdoms is the most content-rich expansion ever produced for a Total War game, with four new entire campaigns centered on expanded maps of the British Isles, Teutonic Northern Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. In Medieval II, you were only given a tantalizing glimpse of South America, but in Kingdoms, vast tracts of land in both North and South America have been opened up for you to conquer. All-new factions from the New World are also now fully playable, including the Aztecs, Apaches, and Mayans.
A submod for Third Age 3.2 that adds: -- A new Area of Recruitment system => many new AOR units and faster recruitment in home regions, slower recruitment in foreign regions -- 4 new factions -- TONS of new units -- much improved unit balancing -- completely reworked building tree

Well met fellow players, today I'd like to present you my submod for Third Age 3.2, based on the excellent FROGS by David93, and in turn on many of those mods that FROGS is based on
What does this do that vanilla Third Age 3.2 doesn't? The features in a nutshell:
- a new Area of Recruitment system has been added, now most militia and noble units can only be recruited in a factions home territory, only professionals and semi-professionals can be recruited everywhere, also there are many more units specific to certain regions - check the region and barracks buildings for information if any special units can be recruited in a region
- 4 new factions (dunland, lorien, ered luin, anduin vale)
- a massive number of new units, many of them AOR units
- new regions
- complete rebalancing of all units in the game, see this thread for a general idea how they are balanced
- the most excellent AUI mod has been added, credits to cedric37
- completely rebalanced building tree
- dunland, harad and rhun get their own cultures
- better balancing of the factions on the campaign map - it often will happen that by as late as turn 70 no faction is getting the upper hand (if the player isn't doing just that of course)
- the Heirs of Isildor mod has been added, credits to Smoesville
- some other minor changes
installation instructions:
- copy the content of the aor folder into the third age folder and agree to replace all files (if you are NOT asked to overwrite files, you are doing it wrong!)
download and install patch 2.2 the same way

(attention: if you want to complete an earlier campaign of my submod, delete the map.rwm file IN THE FILES OF AOR 2.0 AND THE PATCH before you copy them over the old version!)
IMPORTANT, if you are having CTDs when starting a battle:
please delete descr_geography_new.db and descr_geography_new.txt in your data folder
if that doesn't help:
turn off the automatic daylight savings, this is a vanilla bug that is causing trouble for some people
to-do list for future versions:
- fix any CTDs that people might discover
- some 8 units are dummy units right now (you will notice when you play Arnor), they work and are coded in, but have placeholder models

hello....if i install third age 3.0 part 1 and 2 ...3,1,,.3.2 and copy aor mod in third age folder and the other data file from instalation instruction..it should work whitout cts??bec i have cts when i want to start battle in campaign...
How do I copy the content of the aor folder to the third age folder?
Okay I have downloaded everything now my start-up menu is black and I have to type in a # to play the game. Plus when I go to campaign the whole thing shuts down

Love the mod, just takes much more time between turns.
To all who are asking how to install,where and fdosfdjgfhk,this could be solutions. First,U MUST HAVE MEDIEVAL 2 KINGDOMS EXPANSION,Second, u must have installed TATW 3.0(third age mod)part 1 and 2,and the patches 3.1 and 3.2,Third,u must be sure the TATW mod works,and finally, u must cut/copy and paste the AOR mod into the TATW mod folder(be sure that AOR mod has merged with the TATW mod by agreeing to replace all files) and that would be it,if u have any question,ask me.
